Concrete Restoration

A very important part of the success of a waterproofing solution is the preparation of the surface. The combination of salt water and temperature differentials can produce cracks in the concrete, leaving structural elements exposed resulting in rusting and sapling.

Properly restoring damaged concrete is the basis of a durable repair and waterproofing of the building envelope. There are different options to restore concrete. Knowing if the repair includes a structural element like a ribbed bar or a pre stressed cable will dictate the procedure and the materials to be used. We apply the knowledge and expertise of a structural engineer to evaluate and determine the proper procedure.
