Air Barrier Continuity

Having gaps and cracks in the building envelope of the building generates problems of uncontrolled air flowing in and out of the building. Some of these problems are the infiltration of moisture into the building contributing to mold growth, and energy inefficiencies. In addition, bug infestation and allergens can also be prevented by a continuous air barrier. Interior air quality is affected by these factors and can be improved by the air barrier continuity.

We can help you with a due diligence survey to determine where the air leakage is occurring and how to correct the problem.
